Back to Routine

I still remember going back to school having a new pencil case filled with all new stationery with a fresh notepad ready to fill. As we start to get back into a routine after the summer and our holidays, now is the time to relaunch or launch a new product.

Introduce new product or service

Think about how many opportunities September brings, the cozy autumn months are closing in which brings so many opportunities for introducing new products or services. The possibilities are endless when it comes to advertising, incorporating the season, seasonal colours with brand colours, seasonal discounts all while keeping your ethos and story at the heart of the promotion.

Reintroducing routine and schedule

After a summer of relaxation, the thought of introducing a product or service so soon may be daunting. However with websites like the meta business suite and tweet deck, scheduling posts and staying organised has never been so easy.

My best advice is to prepare and create your posts in advance, then load them into the sites calendar and schedule them for when you want them to upload. This works for Instagram and Facebook, both owned by meta, and tweet deck is for twitter or X as it is now known.

Giveaways

Giveaways work all year round and offer excitement for your followers and customers who will all want to try your new product or service. There’s always the option to have a post where followers tag in 3 friends and share to their stories and these always do well as your brand or business is being shared and seen by many people, some of which will be introduced to you through this competition. Or maybe run a more creative competition, asking followers to take a photo of themselves interacting with or using an existing product or service. Create a hashtag which they use in the caption and tag you in along with 3 friends.

Next month, I’ll be discussing seasonal promotion and providing you with a small checklist to make your halloween promotion stand out.
