LOSING PATIENCE
(June - July 2023)
As part of our CTEC Media Diploma Coursework, Maddie, Phoebe, Nadeem, and I were tasked with creating a music video.
We decided we wanted complete creative control over the process, to experiment with different storytelling devices and cinematography techniques. So, Maddie along with Monty Lord wrote, produced and recorded 'Losing Patience' a song capturing the empowering feeling of rediscovering yourself after a long-term break-up.

We had 4 weeks from conception to completion of the project and had 2 shoot days. One day filming in the house, field and to capture all the 'memory' footage seen in the projections. The other was spent in the studio capturing the performance/lip-syncing shots.
We then collectively edited and graded the music video to ensure it had a cohesive style.
